"Chern Chim" is now up for sale, the sale includes of course the shop in the center of town, but also all the contracts to agents, the outlet in Udon Thani International Airport, restaurants and supermarkets where "Chern Chim's" western meat and deli products also are being sold - all stocked at normally daily level (approx. 500,000 THB.)
"Chern Chim" is the sole distributor for a number of imported brand name products and is currently working on setting up a catering division etc.
Jon, the owner of "Chern Chim" will of course introduce the buyer to all the suppliers and main costumers and do anything to help the buyer get started.
The building is rented at 16,000 THB per month and contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms.
